JOB DESCRIPTION
Key job responsibilities
Drive traffic through on and off-amazon awareness and performance marketing
Design and execute HVE campaigns 4-5 times annually
Design the strategy for content and social media to drive organic following and engagement
Measure and analyse metrics at daily/weekly/monthly granularity to draw actionable insights and adapt strategy with changing trends
Work with central marketing teams to optimize Amazon Food visibility on A.in by highlighting the right data points
Work on demand forecasting at a weekly and monthly level and close the same with the Operation planning team
Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, performance, research, events, etc.)
Work with other cross-functional teams to leverage relationships, establish best practices and collaborate on the unified vision of making Amazon Food the most prefereed service for Prime members

Amazon Food is a new initiative where we are building a food delivery business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MBA from Tier 1 B-school with 5-7 years of experience in marketing in Amazon/e-comm / FMCG Brand Marketing/ Food tech/ other tech led consumer businesses
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Past experience of scaling a service/product in the e-commerce space
Past experience in digital and app marketing including paid search, paid display, SEO, content, paid social and onsite/on app
Good understanding of Tech Product and Consumer experience
