We are looking for Fresher Program Manager with Learning & development experience.
· To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program.
· To lead| manage| develop and engage the team
· To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
· To ensure project planning [Time/Schedule/Resource/cost] are prepared| reviewed and adhered for successful completion.
· To plan and ensure integration management (Solution) to meet the program objectives and deliverables.
· To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
· Good analytical and People management skills.
· Experience working across multiple functions/ business units, influencing and collaborating with others to successfully drive programs
· Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to work well with teams having different operating cadences
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for complete tracking and monitoring of all freshers from the day they are hired till deployed.
· Work closely with multiple stakeholders during classroom training phase for monitoring and evaluation.
· Candidate will also be responsible for monitoring execution of the generic Trainings during Pre-Onboarding and Post Onboarding phase of Fresher Learning journey and work with mentors during Project specific Training.
· Ensure, freshers are assigned Task and they are completing as per expectations during Training Phase.
· Track freshers training through On-boarding studio
