The ideal candidate should possess:
· Knowledge of IT – Technology industry, Key trends, Sunset & sunrise technologies, ability to link technology with the Industry trends
• Experience in M&A process/ Has done relevant projects in this field: Business case building, Business integration plan building. Good knowledge of Valuation methodologies, Financial Statements
• Smart communication, ability to do business presentation to the senior management level
· MS Office hands on knowledge
· Should be good in Coordination across functions (Sales/Practice/Finance/Legal) and other horizontals / verticals of HCL
· Ability to synthesize numbers, good analytical skills.
· End to End Program support work to help drive effectiveness and efficiency
· Technical Aptitude and understanding of Latest Technology Trends is an add-on.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Coordination across different product groups within HCL software
•First level screening and identify qualified M&A opportunities
•Build business case, integrated business plan, org structure, investment plan
•Participate in the Due Diligence process and drive it for the completion of all activities
